Weekly Domestic Cleaning

Service Description

Our team of friendly, professional local cleaners will help keep your home clean and fresh! Initially we will visit your home to understand which areas you would like us to help keep clean, agree the number of hours required to complete the work and agree access arrangements. Our cleaners will use cleaning equipment supplied by you (so vacuum cleaners, mops, cloths and cleaning agents). We recommend Method cleaning products which are effective plant based cleaning agents that are safe for our team to use - and safe for you and your family! We do not use bleach or other hazardous cleaning agents so we can keep our cleaning staff safe and healthy - with regular cleaning these should never really be required in any case. If you have not had a regular cleaner then we highly recommend an initial deep clean to get into those nooks and crannies and ensure we are able to then maintain a good standard of cleanliness for our ongoing service. We have a minimum of 2 hours for all regular cleaning.


Cancellation Policy

🧾 Booking Terms & Conditions By placing a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email. • Your appointment is only considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation and/or a receipt of payment (if applicable). 2. Access Requirements • You agree to provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time. • If access is not possible, the booking will be treated as a missed appointment, and the full fee will apply. 3. Payment Terms • Payment must be made in full either at the time of booking or by the due date on your invoice (if invoiced), which is within 72 hours of the services being completed. • Late payments may result in additional charge of 10% of the invoice total, and/or cancellation of future appointments. 4. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full service charge. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email as soon as possible. 5. Missed Appointments • If our cleaner arrives at your property and is unable to gain access or start the service due to client-related issues (e.g. no one home, locked property), the full service fee will still be charged. 6. Service Limitations • We reserve the right to refuse any service we deem unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of our standard domestic cleaning offering. • Deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, or specialist requests may require additional time or a separate quote. 7. Liability • We take the utmost care in providing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to items, fixtures, or surfaces. • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. 8. Health & Safety • Please ensure pets are secured, and personal/valuable items are safely stored during the cleaning appointment. • Our team is trained and insured to handle domestic cleaning tasks, but we ask for your cooperation to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
