Once all of your furniture is removed, we’ll arrive and commence the end of tenancy clean. WHY BOOK END OF TENANCY CLEANING?

​​While it’s certainly not a legal obligation to book a professional end-of-tenancy clean, it can save you a lot of time and trouble if you’ve been renting a property for a longer period of time. In all likelihood, your contract will say something along the lines of the property being returned in the condition it was found apart from expected wear and tear. However, after seeing disputes arise time and again, what’s considered reasonable wear and tear differs quite considerably between the landlord and tenant! So to avoid any trouble, it can be a wise investment to book an end of tenancy clean before any arguments arise. It also means you can move out of your old property without the added hassle of cleaning years’ worth of dirt, that you can’t see until all furniture is taken out!
